I was debating about heading west for spring break. I had almost bought my tickets for the snowy Wasatch Mountains in Utah, when a friend invited to me Florida. The High-Rise Burglar is finally in jail. Andrew Puc robbed condos and apartments in Orlando by climbing up the side of the building and entering through unlocked balcony doors, as high up as the fourth floor.
